I am a parent who has been with Shelly since 2014. As a parent to a first time college student, the whole process was totally overwhelming, with all the paperwork, deadlines, etc. Shelly took a load off our shoulders with doing all of that and getting my daughter financial aid we would not have gotten on our own.
